yes. but only if {{WebKitDeveloperExtras}} is set.
I think we should:
- disable the context menu by default
- if {{WebKitDeveloperExtras}} is set, enable it
- (try to remove the link-related context menu entries - maybe also by
configuration)
- document to use the InAppBrowser plugin for opening links.
