I figured out how to get __system_ target working on osx. It will cause a link
to be opened in default browser. Shall I create a PR for it on Github?
Keep in mind that I haven't look at other parts of InAppBrowser, including
__blank_ target to open a new window. Hopefully I'll look into port other parts
of InAppBrowser to osx in the future as well. But as it currently stands, you
can only open a link in osx default system browser.
