Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
I can't reproduce this issue on a clean Windows install. I recommend removing
and re-adding the platform and trying again. It's entirely possible this is an
Ionic issue, and not a Cordova issue, since it seems that your project already
has some debug resources it shouldn't have.
