Looks like cordova-ios was using the ios-sim lib.js/getdevicetypes while
ios-sim itself uses showdevicetypes. The two functions do different things but
one func should really depend on the other to avoid duplication. This seems to
be an ios-sim issue, I will slate it for 5.0.11, and add that to cordova. Filed
https://github.com/phonegap/ios-sim/issues/202 and will close this issue once I
update cordova-ios to ios-sim 5.0.11
