Trying to figure out how feasible it is to remove the project.properites code,
and it seems like it would just be a matter of moving the gradle prep out of
the prepEnv file into the platform installation file, but for some reason when
I test plugman against a project to do this, it ignores any code I put in
AndoridProject.js
