Hello,
Currently, in the cordova-plugin-vibration it is possible to trigger vibration;
however, it is not possible to find out whether such an action could actually
be performed.
Usage scenario:
Before a deaf user is offered a vibration instead of sound, e.g. for alarm
functionality, we need to find out, whether such an option can even be offered
to them.
