When opening e.g. cqt.se/323110 (set for Spanish) in Safari, language becomes
correct for e.g. file upload, but not when invoked via inappbrowser. Then it
always becomes English. I've tried setting locale in config.xml and other
"tricks", but to no avail.
Is there a way to set language programmatically or is it a real bug, and if so
where?
