When running tests, and a device is connected, the create and build tests fail.
Repro:
{code}
npm install && npm test
{code}
This is because when a device is connected, it also tried to build for it, when
it should only build for the Simulator.
Fix:
Use the {code}--emulator{code} flag when building.
Workaround:
Disconnect your device when testing.
