Using *adb install* did not install - complaining that the version in older
than the one already installed. Although config.xml values show clearly that I
bumped it up.
Very strange solution: changing the ??android-versionCode?? to "1002100" (extra
0) did it.
If anyone can provide a logical explanation I would appreciate it.
