Our app is a single-page-app and uses cordova-plugin-camera to handle the
camera.
Since StatusBar version 2.2.1 (2.2.0 is good) it now renders the webview 40px
too tall (1044px rather than 1004px) after the camera has been used (picture
taken, or cancelled).
We are using the "StatusBarOverlaysWebView" option set to false.
