cli-6.5.0 (iOS 4.3.1, Android 6.1.2, Windows 4.4.3)

When app is started, splash screen remaines open. If I push app to background
and open it again, splash screen is removed.

App does work properly on some iPhones - e.g. I have no troubles with that on
iPhone 4 with iOS 9.3.5
