CB-12469 (ios) Appium tests can now run on iOS 10

Updates the Appium tests to be able to run not only on iOS 9, but on iOS 10
too.
### What testing has been done on this change?
Tested on SauceLabs' iOS 9 and iOS 10 emulators. Did not test on local
emulators!
