Hi [~auso] - I can confirm this is an existing issue, which is the same issue
as mentioned here https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CB-12035.
My clients and I have been experiencing this issue for some time now, around 4
months, and I have recently upgraded to 1.3.0, which seems to have made it
happen more often, but that is probably just co-incidental.
