Hoping this is just a simple problem like the keycodes are different or
something. How to fix it is another problem.
Needs some investigation:
- for browsers that work, what are the events that are triggering the history
mechanism
- for browsers that don't work, are those same events being triggered? If not,
can we make them get triggered, or is there some alternative route to get the
same history traversal semantics with whatever events are being triggered in
the upsupported browsers?
