I've looked at the code and the Windows 10 version uses
captureFileAsync(CameraCaptureUIMode) doesn't seem to allow the BACK camera
option.
Regarding the site's documentation for quirks of Windows 8, this should also be
listed as a quirk for windows 10 if this is a restriction from WinJS.
However, hopefully someone more experienced with this library can chime in if
there are other settings or where to look to make changes.
