Hadn't gotten a chance to test the integration of the framework target with
Carthage support until today. Looks like we need to make the build scheme
shared for the framework target. I tested that out in my branch, and it seems
to be the only outstanding issue for Carthage building the framework target.
I'll submit a PR to cover it. I'll also see if there are any immediate issues
with consuming the binary in a standard app target. I didn't get any build /
link issues, but I'll kick the tires on making calls, etc.
