When navigating to https://cordova.apache.org/plugins/ the site will always
return zero available plugins.
Chrome dev tools show 2 errors.
Error 1:
Failed to load resource: net::ERR_INSECURE_RESPONSE
Error 2:
https://npmsearch.com/query?fields=name,keywords,license,description,author…ating&q=keywords:%22ecosystem:cordova%22&sort=rating:desc&size=500&start=0
