I found what plugin is causing this in conjunction with the Camera on my DROID
MAXX. I created a simple project and posted it at:
www.4txt.us/camtest.zip
The problem plugin is: cordova-plugin-background-mode 0.7.2 "BackgroundMode"
Here are the list of plugins installed
cordova-plugin-background-mode 0.7.2 "BackgroundMode"
cordova-plugin-camera 2.4.2-dev "Camera"
cordova-plugin-compat 1.1.0 "Compat"
cordova-plugin-device 1.1.5 "Device"
cordova-plugin-whitelist 1.3.2 "Whitelist"
My DROID MAXX is Android 4.4.4.
It works on my Samsung TAB E (SM-T560NU) Android 6.0.1
