Not sure if keeping this plugin would align well with developing standards.
As [~cfjedimaster] [points out in his Cordova plugin
breakdown|http://developer.telerik.com/topics/mobile-development/have-web-standards-on-mobile-caught-up-to-phonegap-in-2017/],
[Firefox has removed the API and will not implement it due to privacy
concerns|https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/news/software/battery-status-api-being-removed-from-firefox-due-to-privacy-concerns/],
and [Apple has already gone ahead and removed the API from
WebKit|https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=164213]. So I would not
categorize this set of APIs as standards-directed at this point.
I am going to change my vote: I vote for Sunset / remove from core plugins.
