Apologies; when I asked for webview version, I was looking for the installed
version of the Chrome-provided webview. You should be able to see this under
Settings > Device / Apps > Android System Webview. For example, my installed
version is 58.0.3029.83.
If you look under the Network tab on the inspector, do the various resources
linked to in the above HTML actually load, or do they generate errors? (like
404, etc.)
