Description:
A typical hello world cordova app will do.
Step to reproduce,
1. open the app maximized
2. open touch keyboard (so the app's viewport is resized)
3. minimize the app
4. close the touch keyboard
5. maximize the app, showing a blank area below, which limits the viewport size
like the touch keyboard is present
