Shawn Makinson commented on CB-12851:
-------------------------------------

Good news/bad news. When I start a basic cordova project I don't see the issue.
My app is wrapped up in Quasar and if I comment out the single line with the
release call I don't have the issue and with it I do. Seems there may be more
to it. Anyway, I'll try starting a fresh Quasar project and start there to see
what happens.

> Environment: iOS Simulator ( I don't own an iphone to test )

>
> I have an app that plays an infinite audio stream and if a different stream
> is chosen the current Media instance is released and a new one created with
> the new src. It works as expected on android, but on iOS it only plays the
> first instance. Once release is called it will no longer play. I get error
> code 4 with no message.
> Media plugin version 3.0.1
