This sounds like the problem I have been struggling with. If I use inAppBrowser
with "_blank" the browser comes up and works until I hit "done". Upon return to
the app, no touch activity has an impact. I added a listener on exit, and that
returns and is responsive, but I have not been able to figure a way to kick
start the touch activity again. I believe that this problem did not exist in
iOS9, but appeared in iOS10. I would be interested in any suggestions regarding
a work around or plans to resolve.
If I use "_system", it works fine. It works fine on Android with _blank.
