This should be possible setting showsCameraControls to NO, but then we should
provide a custom overlay with some buttons, so I don't think this will be done.
But won't close the issue just in case.
You should probably look for another plugin that uses AVFoundation to take the
pictures instead of using the UIImagePickerController the camera plugin uses
