I will put my weight behind at least a cordova-docs PlatformAPI node.js
reference document (could possibly be implemented like other API reference docs
in cordova where it pulls the details from a separate repo's README.md -
perhaps test-platform's?).
I'm weighing whether a separate guide for how to work w/ that API to implement
a platform would be useful or not.
