On CB-12890 (closed it as a duplicate of this one) an user suggested to use
webView.scrollView.scrollEnabled = NO;
The problem with that is it will disable the scroll of the app, not everybody
might want that.
[~shazron] [~dpogue] I think we should make it a config.xml preference to set
the inset behavior to never, what do you think?
