If ANDROID_HOME shell environment variable gets lost in transit, cordova will
fail to execute alongside projects wrapping cordova-cli since cordova-cli does
not check environment setup for proper execution of command.
Should check necessary setup environment for the commands to execute properly
if it relies on them for execution.
