Note: This is not a problem with the code in your plugin. It is actually a
conflict with your plugin and the admob plugin. The admob pluygin gets hold of
the application frame sizing after your plugin and does not account for 20px
adjustment you already made. I will have to find a good way to make the admob
plugin detect the current application frame size and origin and then modify
those values for the banner it places.
