This is not really an issue with Cordova, but more a question how to do things.
Generally these are better suited for Stack Overflow of the Cordova slack at
http://slack.cordova.io/
Did I understand correctly that you have a native Android project that includes
CordovaLib, that is used to view a JS+HTML web app that uses a custom Cordova
plugin?
