The error disappeared when I runned `npm i npm@latest` as `cordova platform
add` now use the latest npm version.
This is really a serious issue, and waiting for `cordova@8` to fix it is quite
problematic.
At least it could be nice to have a workaround by making `cordova-fetch` use
the global npm installation, not the local one.
