Summary: Remove ios usage descriptions from plugins and document
alternative

Current usage descriptions are causing conflicts as different plugins can need
the same usage description, and if you don't add it to one of them it might
reset the text to " ".
Having that empty usage description will cause a rejection from Apple.
So, we should remove the USAGE_DESCRIPTION preferences/variables and document
how to set the UsageDescription texts using the edit-config tag.
