All translation content from these 4 sources was consolidated and merged into
doc/translate.md. Content that was moved over was removed from its old
location, if nothing was left the file was deleted (cordova-coho and wiki).
For now translate.md contains references to where some paragraph comes from,
but this can be removed as soon as someone evaluated the content and made sure
it actually makes sense.
