One of the dreaded error messages when building Cordova on Windows is when the
AppPackages directory cannot be found. However, there is a typo in the error
message:
"Error: AppPackages doesn't exists"
Correct and easier to understand would be:
"Error: AppPackages folder doesn't exist"
