$ cordova platform add ios --save
Using cordova-fetch for ios@~4.4.0
It does this even when the engine setting for ios in config.xml is set to 4.5.1.
To get version 4.5.1 (which contains important fixes) I have to remember to
$ cordova platform add [email protected] --save
