I expect yes, since I have been redirected here by the quasar author, see the
link to the quasar ticket. Moreover I would belive this, since the error is
manifesting itself as an exception thrown by cordova, however it still may be
due to some error in the quasar calling corodova (which would then mean a very
nasty neglect by the quasar author).
