This doesn't really sound like a bug with cordova-ios, but more with your app.
For debugging such issues usually a question on StackOverflow or a message in
the Cordova Slack are more probable to lead to success - you should try that
(post the link to your SO question when you posted there so we can look at it)
(Also include more information as your Cordova version, cordova-ios version,
how you built your app, if it works on Android etc).
