[~jaxtheking] I know, I was able to install the plugin on cordova-android 7.0.0 
using the CLI without issues just now, which indicates that there's probably an 
issue with cordova-common's installation on your local machine.  I'm asking for 
other Cordova contributors to try and reproduce, but I might have to close this 
and chalk it up to environment issues, like if there's another older version of 
cordova-common installed on your computer.
