Environment: iPhone SE + iOS 11.2 + Vodafone UK + WiFi
Reporter: Jacques L. CHEREAU
When the iPhone SE with iOS 11.2 is disconnected to WIFI but connected to a
CELL network:
1) navigator.connection.type is NONE
2) Upon launching the cordova app onOffline is triggered
3) navigator.onLine is false (which might suggest a UIWebWiew/iOS issue rather
than a Cordova issue)
This issue has also been reported on the ionic forums
