Description:
After the splash screen in a simple ionic cordova app on Android, I get a white
screen for about 3 seconds. After investigating and playing around with the
splash screen parameters, I think the cause of this is following error:
{{E/chromium: [ERROR:BudgetService.cpp(167)] Unable to connect to the Mojo
BudgetService}}
Unfortunately no more informations in my stacktrace. At the moment I found no
solution and also no more informations.
I've created a simple ionic app and pushed it into my github repository

In logcat you can see that the app hangs stops for about three seconds
