We have been facing issue with the certificate while creating the package for
Windows 10. App has built using Visual Studio 2015 and did follow instruction
for configuring certificate as suggested below link.

My company bought the certificate from the external market. We tried with two
different certificates and the issue remains to persist. Need urgent resolution
as it is impacted to App go-live dates.
