wrap it like so:
```
if ([NSProcessInfo.processInfo
isOperatingSystemAtLeastVersion:(NSOperatingSystemVersion){10,0,0}]) {
avPlayer.automaticallyWaitsToMinimizeStalling = NO;
}
```
on OS prior to iOS10 this was the default playback behaviour anyway for
everything except HLS format streams.
