I suspect the culprit is the {{www}} entry in: 
[github.com/apache/cordova-lib/.../src/platforms/platformsConfig.json#L22-L28|https://github.com/apache/cordova-lib/blob/master/src/platforms/platformsConfig.json#L22-L28]
