Although the documentation does say that dark text is used, it also says that
the "default statusbar" is used, and the default statusbar is not
black-on-black. The bigger problem is that *this method seems to be implicitly
called at startup*. The result is that simply adding the plugin to a project
causes the statusbar to be unusable in android.
# A method named styleX should set the whole style, not just the text colour.
# A method named xDefault should respect the defaults of platform.
