I think this is the same issue as
[CB-14165|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CB-14165] and has been fixed a
couple of days ago in [PR
#457|https://github.com/apache/cordova-android/pull/457].
If this is the same issue, it is fixed in 7.2.0-dev
