Summary: sometime, and at random , text fields do not come into
focus with a single touch in ember js projects in an ios application on ipads
with iOS version 11.4 and above.

Text fields do not come into focus with a touch. It requires the user to press
on the field for 1 - 2 seconds before they come into focus. This problem occurs
at random and does not happen each time a text field is touched.
