This issue reported and "possibly" solved from Webkit Task Force
[https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=185040]
needs to be incorporated into mainstream cordova-ios component.
No other way to fix many cordova based ios APPs that relies on timestamps
(fastclick, framework 7, etc).
