[~shazron] Adding built in support for iOS "App Extensions" in Cordova would
simply the setup process for a number of SDKs / Plugins. It is also a pain
point to have to redo the manual steps when a clean build of a Cordova app is
needed.
Manual Xcode steps can also not be performed on Adobe PhoneGap Build (PGB) so
having this feature means this build system could be supported.

fixes to keep up with but there hasn't been an update on this issue for a
while. Would de-scoping this request help make some progress? Perhaps just
supporting only the top few "App Extensions" targets? Or perhaps a ticket to
implementing just the underlying work?
