I recommend you try an android that you've reset, custom location settings made mine give the same error, detailed in my previous replies. Recommending a commercial plugin is not the right solution here guys. There is one or two solutions other than phone settings that are listed here, they all need to be in place for it to work. I have tested and confirmed that without an esoteric phone/app environment, your gps coordinates will work on most androids all the way back to older versions.
