I had some discussion with Patrick and we came to the conclusion that maybe
allowing all configuration parameters to be set from the commandline is more
flexible, e.g. also allows to specify bash functions etc.
e.g. ./bin/crail namenode -conf crail.xyz=$(hostname)
What do you think?
