Clarify requirements, e.g. you only need an RDMA device when you want to use
the RDMA tier. Do not mention SoftiWARP here, this can be part of the RDMA tier
description. Also NVMeF is not mentioned or the block device. So we have to
come up with a list of requirements depending on the tiers you want to use.
